Our sunscreens are partially water resistant because some of their ingredients, including zinc oxide, naturally repel water.
However, we prefer not to label our sunscreens as such because after they are exposed to water, they will no longer provide protection that is as effective.
Therefore, we recommend reapplying our sunscreen at least every 2 hours, and after swimming or excessive sweating.
Our liquid sunscreens are formulated with water and glycerin base, while our plastic free sun sticks contain oil, butter and wax. Our liquid sunscreens have a texture that provides a moisturizing feeling to the skin, while our sun sticks are more nourishing.
